While our current promotional material is related to developing Christian coaches to make evident the way of Jesus in athletics, we believe our core beliefs easily translate to public institutions and those who don't identity with the Christian faith.

Our program is founded on three primary tenants:

  1. Authenticity

  2. With-ness

  3. Freedom

While these philosophies were developed from a place of faithfulness to a creed, they are also simple ways to share in a common humanity with your athletes and community. Extending your humanity to your athletes and community leads to transformation -- individually and collectively -- and will inevitably lead to success on your respective field or court.

In the end, we believe the Holy Spirit is always at work -- whether we insert religious language to our seminars and curriculum or not. When coaches grow in their love of their athletes and create a culture of authenticity, with-ness, and freedom, lives are changed, and God is honored; He is working in the lives of all involved, and they may not even know it.

Therefore, while we are distinctly Christian, we have a high view of how God works in and through our lives. We understand there are laws that separate religion from public institutions, and we follow those laws. We aren't trying to surprise public institutions with the gospel. Instead, we simply try to reflect His love and grace to all we serve and let the Holy Spirit work.

We would love to talk with you about how we can adapt our material to your context. Please contact us for more information!
