While our current promotional material is related to developing Christian coaches to make evident the way of Jesus in athletics, our core beliefs easily translate to public institutions and those who don't identity with the Christian faith.

While these philosophies were developed from a place of faithfulness to a creed, they are also simple ways to share in a common humanity with your athletes and community. Extending your humanity to your athletes and community leads to transformation -- individually and collectively -- and will inevitably lead to success on your respective field or court.
We understand there are laws that separate religion from public institutions, and we follow those laws. Our Founder and Executive Director has been an Athletic Director in a public school, so he understands how to faithfully apply the principles of Incarnational Coaching in any setting!
